Small Business Accounting

A Notice to Reader or compilation engagement is the report of choice for the majority of small business owners.  Although it is considered to be a non- assurance engagement, by our profession, financial institutions accept often accept this level of report for companies with lower credit levels.    Even when a review engagement is stipulated in a standard credit agreement, the bank may waive that requirement, and accept a notice to reader/compilation, from a professional accountant.

In addition to providing financial statements for financing purposes, small business owners need them for filing tax returns with Canada Revenue Agency, and also for managing business operations and cash flows.  We work with businesses of all sizes and types, within our trading area.  Contact one of our professionals, and let us design a compilation engagement financial statement, for less money, that still meets your needs.   We will only suggest a review, when it makes practical sense for you.
