Jodee was born and raised in Prince Albert, where she completed her Business Administration program at SIAST, Woodland Campus. She and her husband Kelly moved to North Battleford in 1990, shortly after getting married. Jodee spent the better part of eighteen years as the Office Manager for one of the local law firms, before moving over and joining Swanson Gryba & Company, in 2009.
Jodee and Kelly have two grown daughters and they happily call themselves "Grandparents" now.

Q. What do you think is the secret to life?
A. Stay Humble, Work Hard, Be Kind
Q. If you could play an Olympic/professional sport what would it be?
A. Baseball and/or Softball – of course! What I lack in skills though I make up for with my passion for the game. I thank my grandfather, father, uncle, brother, husband and daughters for my love of this sport.
Q. What would be your first question after waking up from being cryogenically frozen for 100 years?
A. How many more World Series have the Boston Red Sox won?
Q. If I could go back in time I would tell my younger self…
A. Time flies by so fast. Life is a gift. Wake up every day and realize that.
Q. What is your biggest pet peeve?
A. When shopping carts are not put away and left to roll around parking lots.
